Certification with the translation agency seals involves putting the agency’s seal and the signatures of the translators and officers in charge on the translated document. The certification stamp also includes the agency’s address and telephone number, as well as the full name and signature of the translator.
The certification with the translation agency seals may be required when the notarization of the document is not needed. Such cases include applications for a short-term visa (a visitor’s or a business visa) at a consulate, or preparation of official letters, customs documents, etc.

Procedure of the certification with the translation agency seals

The reverse page of the translation will bear the agency’s seal, the translator’s signature, the language of translation (the source and the target) and the number of pages in the document. The binding place will then be affixed with a round seal with the name of the translation agency.
